Shipping Charges

• All shipping charges are estimated based upon weight.  We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. In many cases the shipping costs may be cheaper than the estimated amount.  Outside the USA we will need to adjust shipping fees ($15.00 will appear on your order)
• There are no shipping charges for the Voice of Evangelism Magazine.  Shipping is included in the price of this item.
• You may pick up the item at our book store located at 908 N. Court Street, Ottumwa, IA  52501 to save shipping costs.

Payment Terms

• We believe in the honesty of people and the omniscient Almighty God.  Items within the United States are usually shipped prior to payment, provided you have no outstanding balances.
• Currently credit cards are not accepted. We have plans to include PayPal or direct DEBIT in the near future.

Shipment of Items

• Please allow 2 business days for the order to be processed.
• The Book Store is open Tuesday - Friday and closed on all Holidays
• Delivery times are estimated. 

Refunds

• If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your order feel free to contact our business office to make arrangements for a refund.  The contact number appears at the bottom of our store web-page and should also appear on your invoice.
